Program Description:
This is not a "sit-down-and-take-notes" kind of experience. We help you learn to use capabilities you may not even know you possess. Using a creative analogy to producing a play, participants are the star of their own life and they are challenged to create the play of their LIFE. This rich experience introduces new concepts, challenges current beliefs, and significantly enhances the way you think and make decisions about your work.

FOLLOW THROUGH. Career Advancement doesn't just happen by attending ACDI's programs. It continues when you go back to the office and are tested in the real world. Our follow-through assistance helps you apply what you learned directly to your life and work.

Follow-through includes career coaching on specific issues via telephone with ACDI experienced career counselors and executive coaches and access to our state-of-the-art virtual career success center.
