Program Description:
Participants will learn about the origins of networking and its impact on today's business culture. The session focuses on the common perceptions of networking and styles of communication used in relationship building. Learners discuss the desired outcome and purpose along with discussion of the impact of confidence and clarity in establishing effective networks. They will construct network prospects through a mapping exercise, generate scripts for engaging their network and develop a personal action plan for strengthening relationships through strategic networking. The facilitator presents formulas for effective networking through numerous activities.
