Colleen Sabatino

Colleen Sabatino, President of Advanced Career Development Incorporated, has been leading thousands of individuals in achieving their career goals for over 12 years. Colleen is the author of The Play of Your Life, Your Program for Finding the Career of Your Dreams and A Step-By-Step Guide to Making it a Reality (Rodale, 2004) and Backpack to Briefcase, Your Successful Journey from College to Career.

Colleen’s company, ACDI, has received awards from the Small Business Association and is certified through the Woman President’s Educational Organization (WPEO). Since 1998, ACDI emerged as a leader in providing a wide range of career management programs for organizations across the country including The University of Notre Dame, The University of Michigan, University of Georgia, Bellsouth Corporation, Cox Communications and Nationwide Insurance.

As a Nationally Certified Career Counselor and experienced resume writer, Colleen has served as a speaker for numerous universities including Vanderbilt University, Emory University, The College of William & Mary, and Georgia Institute of Technology. She’s also been invited to speak at numerous professional associations including the National Career Development Association, National Association of Women Business Owners and the Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers.

Colleen has been a guest contributor on over 25 radio and television shows as well as numerous publications including Woman Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, The Chicago Tribune, and Monster.com.

Educationally, Colleen is currently engaged in the Post-Masters Graduate program for Organizational Counseling at Johns Hopkins University and possesses both her master and undergraduate degrees in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Prior to launching ACDI, Colleen served as the Director of Career Services for Jewish Family Services, Assistant Director of Career Services at Rice University, Career Counselor at Vanderbilt University, and as a senior consultant for national outplacement firms.

Joyce Domijan

Joyce Domijan, Chief Operating Officer of ACDI, offers over twenty years of leadership experience in private industry and consulting, serving in vital roles including Vice President of Operations, Director of Training & Development and Human Resource Consultant. Her experience encompasses a great diversity of functions and disciplines, from corporate executive, sales management, product and project management, financial management and organizational operations.

Joyce possesses a mastery for developing highly effective, customized programs that enhance the skills and abilities of the individual while boosting the bottom line of the organization. A certified teacher by training, she holds a Bachelors of Science in Business from Ohio State University and has completed graduate studies in Educational Leadership and Counseling at the University of Dayton. Joyce also excels in performance management, leadership development and process improvement.

Joyce has collaborated with numerous organizations, helping them to realize the full potential of their most precious investment – their people. Her specialty is in helping both individuals and corporations identify the best utilization of talents, interests and natural abilities, as well as assisting them to deal proactively with the problems and obstacles which hamper growth.
