The resume and cover letter chapter guide the reader in creating marketing tools that place the spotlight on their true talents and assets by extracting those accomplishments that speak directly to their internal career description. The strategy that follows empowers the reader take control of their careers. Instead of randomly posting resumes online, The Play helps readers use their network to attract appropriate leads and research the specific organizations that fit the profile of their internal career description.
