  • She coached the executive leadership team of a multi-million dollar construction firm on ways to effectively "partner" to improve performance and capacity through an organizational restructuring.
  • Rebecca led 200 senior-level government ministry officers in making a decided shift toward a "partnering culture", growing their capacity to influence, ally, and accomplish their collective goals.
  • As a visiting fellow at Harvard University, Rebecca partnered with other thought leaders to recreate "public education" as we know it, modeling the role of coaching to better our public school systems.

She is a founding member of the Society of Organizational Learning and a board member of the Southern Center for Organizational Excellence, a "learning community" of shared best practices that cuts across business, government, and non-profit boundaries.
